Had a great stay for a weekend. Had a fancy and spotless room with three single beds as well as the breakfast was served, and I couldn't ask for more. I often visited a library bar...

The hotel was a lovely mix of old and modern. The restaurant was wonderful, and the food was great. The location was convenient and within walking distance of everything I wanted to visit. It was also close to a local history museum.

As the name implies, the Central Hotel is bang in the middle of things. Very reasonably priced, breakfast 10 euro extra. Rooms excellent. Staff couldn't be more helpful. Nicely old-fashioned, with a terrific bar on the first floor called The Library, one of the best kept secret meeting places in Dublin.

Proximity to Old Dublin, Dublin University, Christchurch, Dublin Castle, other city parks, shopping and entertain features. Beautiful Library bar in the Hotel.
Street noise from inebriates after 11:00pm until 4:00am. Very small room, Only chair had concave seat.

Centrally located in shopping & night life. Wi-fi is good.
The shower is very uncomfortable with very little water coming out. There is no safe box in the room. One of the Indian Senior Staff does not sound friendly.

Very comfortable and in a great location. I was very pleased with my room and the staff was friendly. I would never pay the regular price, but it was great for the discounted one.
It would be great if wifi worked in all rooms. It was hardly working on the upper floor.
